But equally we've had ones who have turned up and done a job: Serevi (though admittedly weak in defence) and Tuqiri are both names that we be long remembered by Tigers fans.
It was a shame that Vunibaka never got the chance to extend his 4 tries/match scoring ratio into a second appearance!
I felt Forsyth was fairly anonymous on Fri, while Lewington showed some promise
We made do without a lot of possession and very little (if any ball) was available to the outside centre. Forsyth did well enough defensively and it'll be another game for him to develop from, he is an IC really so let's not judge him to harshly. Lewington worked rather brilliantly off some scraps and showed decent footwork and pace.
Seems Tigers are weighing up outside backs options. Benjamin and Thompstone are both on their way in and add beef and speed to the squad. I guess Cockerill is wondering whether we need a specialist 15 in the Dragons FB Thomas or whether this Fijian wing/centre is the way to go.

Don't really count Serevi & Rabeni as wingers, but had forgotten about Tuqiri's original ancestry, although he's always seemed more Aussie in attitude.
