Can London Irish do us a favour ?????

Post by Spud »

Iris beating Saints 18 - 11 at half time. I think it would do us a favour if they can keep it up and beat Saints.

23-23 with 18 minutes to go.

3 tries apiece.

Saints win 23-30 with a late TBP gained.

Replace us in 3rd.

If you thought watching Tigers was frustrating, I'm just glad I'm not an Irish supporter...lots of huff, puff and good situations but no precision at the end. Well on top and then lapses in concentration - arrrghhhhhh

of course the same has been said about tigers many times, most recently away at tigers when you contrived the win at the death.

i for one though will simply take more encouragement from an away try bonus point against mid-table opposition than i might from a home try bonus point win against the bottom team.

another thread suggests tables dont lie - something i would embrace as it shows saints above tigers. :smt016

going back to tigers win v sarries, thanks for that as the added encouragement it offers for our own trip there is very welcome.

race you to second? (regardless of which of us if either gets there , i defo think sarries can be caught despite months of media / punditry about how they and quins are nailed on for home semis)
if you are happy and you know it, you are unusual.
