Intelligent, insightful and above all, passionate, I think he's one of the best pundits on the telly. Provides a nice change from some of the personality-less muppets on there...

Greenwood went down in my estimation when he nailed his colours well and truly to Johnsons mast.
I agree he does have a good rugby brain, and the most incitful discussions on rugby club are when he, Ryan and Evans are involved.
