Harrison- new contract

Post by PM76 »

"Leicester have also agreed terms on a contract extension for promising scrum-half Sam Harrison."

Great news, If Youngs doesn't sort his form out then Harrison is a more than able deputy and he should get a decent run in the side with Young out. A future international IMO and if he can improve on his sniping while keeping his fizzing pass then he could be one of the best around.

Great news about Sam Harrison :smt023 In a weird way I guess Young being banned is good - for Sam - as it has given him the shirt and more game time to cement his place. Once signed sealed and delivered it'll help dispel some of the myths that Tigers are falling apart eh? :smt002

Another article on Sam

On a different note, the OP's article says Benjamin guaranteed to be at Leicester next season, is this 100% now then? If so I've missed it somewhere so apologies. I know we've been linked with him and Cockers has confirmed interest and talks but last I heard/saw there was a lot of interest in him from Franklins gardens and a possibility he may yet go there.
Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens.

I don't think Tigers are falling apart. Just dipping into mild recession stubbornly and with ill grace.
