LV against Quins Official Optimistic Thread
'A blend of youth and experience'.
I stood in the rain in Bridgend, as did quite a few Tigers supporters, and watched a pathetic display.
Here we go again?
I hope not.But the utterance seems to be Cockers-code for 'don't give a monkey's'.

Maybe we can recruit a few monkeys as they only need payment in nuts. I bet the s alary cap does not have a no nuts in lieu of payment clause.
Re: LV against Quins Official Optimistic Thread
I hope we play Micky Young against Quins as he may well be indisposed for the rest of the season!
Always a Tiger
Re: LV against Quins Official Optimistic Thread
Awesome - the threads not directly related to 'should cocker's go' usually last three posts before having a go at the coaches: this one gets straight in there
Not sure he has much option but to go for a blend of 'youth and experience', given those out on England duty or injured! It might be an interesting game, as Harlequins have so many out as well. Has anyone heard how the ticket sales are going? I'm out of the country and can't be certain of getting back in time on Saturday for the game - hoping to pick a couple up on the gate.

How about starting with Stankovic, Hawkins, Munipola, Ford, Harrison and Morris at 15 with a blend of other upcoming players.

In earlier days every game was a must win. Now it's often more of a show and go.
Must look on the bright side though - will this be another record broken - out of two competions in one week?

Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

Quins team...
15 Ross Chisholm
14 Seb Stegmann
13 Ben Urdapilleta
12 Tom Casson
11 Tom Williams
10 Rory Clegg
9 Richard Bolt
1 Mark Lambert
2 Rob Buchanan
3 Tim Fairbrother
4 Pete Browne
5 Charlie Matthews
6 Luke Wallace
7 Will Skinner (c)
8 Tom Guest
Quins team looks a lot stronger especially in the front and back row.I have a feeling that we may be on the receiving end of yet another spanking, which would be a great shame as I would have like to see us progress in this competition.

Re: LV against Quins Official Optimistic Thread
The game doesn't appear to be on the TV listings for this weekend.
Does anyone know if it is going to be a Sky red button option.
Cheers

This side impresses me. Brilliant chance for Morris, Forsyth and Lewington.
Also, Chuter, Staunton and Smith can come on and steady the ship if needed.
Gonna be a close game me thinks!

Happy birthday to Jimmy Stevens who is 21 today and starts his first match for the Tigers tomorrow.
Whatever you do, don't argue. We might never hear from you again.
