It was Mike then, was it. I thought the head of the IRB was Max Miller, a long-dead comedian (the Cheeky Chappie) - which IMO accounted for their comic rule bending and SH-aggrandising.

I daresay we will have to suffer under the wild imaginings of another SH appointee, on the basis that "proper" rugby is not played anywhere else?
