Re: Self evident truths.
Good to see you back BillW. There are few sane people on this board, its good to have another one back in the fold (I think )
I went in the new Tigers shop just after xmas, and was exceedingly disappointed. I know the old shop was harder to navigate than Karachi market (on match day), but at least it had some stock in it other than shirts, shirts and more shirts.
As to the website, that has been a farce recently. I work in IT (Datacentre and Server), and the loss of a database server and data is criminal.

Re: Self evident truths.
Just to update you BillW - all is lost, the team selection is no good, the coaches need sacking, the pies are rubbish, the shop is no good, the website doesn't work, someone hissed when Floody kicked, the match announcer mumbles, no real ale in the Holland & Barrett stand (used to be Crumbie), and they keep having Friday evening fixtures - so nothing new then!
Re: Self evident truths.
For my sins i also support liverpool (and you think Tigers have fallen from grace !). Last year they brought their entire commercial and catering operations back 'inhouse' and appointed a group of new people to run them. So all the merchandise, ground food and drink, hospitality, IT and LFC Channel etc. The reasons given were exactly based on the type of complaints being seen at Tigers.
