Very promising team, is there such a thing as 'too much flair'?

I think you're missing a trick though by not including Andy Goode and Ayoola Erinle. You've also ignored potentially the greatest English winger of all time, Phil Christophers.
Hey Erinle is doing really well at Notts at the minute :smt003 When is the 6n just out of interest? February?

waldrom should be nowhere near the england side now, a 29 yr old debut at number 8 is hardly building for the future!

That´s a risky selection, too much creativity in that backline, it might backfire. I would go for someone a little more defensive, to improve the defensive kicking of the backs, and also it would be wise to include one of those centers that run straight with the ball, crash and go to the ground with the ball all the time.

I'd like some more options at loose head and hooker - Marler and Hartley could prove a little volatile! However, I don't think either Corbisiero or Stevens scrumage well enough to be top internationals.

I think my team will win the six nations and that I will go on to be named England Team Manager for the next four years!

I await the squad to be announced,I expect the "Carlings Old gentlemen" to pick the squad and probably the match team too.
So sadly the like of Hape and Tindall are still going to be there,I'd like to think there'd be some new talent, but it just isn't in Englands nature.Manu is likely to be the only youngster,as they go for experience(or stodge)
Wade will be called too inexperienced,Saxons for a few years yet.Now Johnnos gone I think we as Tigers fans will be pleased, but our players less so,I bet there's a cull of our players.Cole,Croft and Flood, with Ben Youngs just getting in on the bench, will be our lot I think.

Wow you think marler can scrummage at the top international level?! He got done over by tim payne last weekend! Corbs is good enough but just needs game time to cement his place in the team.

A truly awful selection. Flatman is a loosehead.
What's wrong with Duncan Bell at tighthead?

Of course the hope is that Lancaster and the gang will think - hey, we're only here for 5 games, let's chuck some new blood in and see what happens. Give the semi-experienced players such as Croft, Flood, Hartley and Foden the chance to step up and become the wise old heads (still keeping in mind none of them are older than 26!).

We can dream...
