Marcos you beauty! You've just made my day.
Whatever you do, don't argue. We might never hear from you again.

Re: Ayerza
Delighted to see he isn't going to move south to be closer for the new-look Tri (ie Quad) Nations as was mooted at one time.
Great signing for the club. Expect a serious cheer when he finally gets dragged off on Saturday.

It's only cheating if you get caught.

Great news about a great player!
Looking forward to seeing his best rugby in the next three and a half years!

Re: Ayerza
I can't see the Quad-Nations being a problem to be honest. If they mess him about again, as they continually do, I can see him retiring from International duty.

Re: Ayerza
One to debate:
Marcos Ayerza has been the (joint) bedrock of our front row for quite a few years and is our undisuptued first choice loosehead. But, we will almost certainly be losing him for 8-9 weeks at the start of each season for the Four Nations. With the Six Nations also taking Cole and Castro away in February, we will only have our first choice front rowers collectively available for the season run-in.
Using your heart or head (whichever is the dominant), is it the right decision to keep him?

Tigers for the premiership and European Cup. Get behind the team and make some noise!!
Re: Ayerza
He seems to have come back from the world cup a better scrummager.
Are they doing something different in terms of coaching than we do at Tigers?

Re: Ayerza
What a boost - come on Dan, sign up NOW.
Well done Marcos, like others have said I was expecting him to possibly move south for the 4N but a huge boost that he has signed on again with Tigers.

Re: Ayerza
He has always been an excellent scrummager - one of the few I have seen get on top of Hayman.
This is very good news indeed - I think he is the greatest unsung hero in our team.

Well, he has had a nice long rest at least.mol2 wrote:He seems to have come back from the world cup a better scrummager.

Re: Ayerza
Great news, one of the best looseheads around even if the Argies don't rate him. A superb scrummager and offers lots in the loose too.
