I Understand that Waldrom has been sent out as a "precaution". If we had an English player called "Condom", (as the French had) presumably Waldrom would have been available for Tigers this weekend. (Oh dear, and now I start to think about what the Barber used to ask the older clients after their haircut).
I could agree with you...but then we'd both be wrong.

Why didn't they just grab any Kiwi 8 from nearby and "find" a long lost English relative - it would have saved a lot of expense and air miles?

Very naive by Tigers not to have this covered in their contract with Waldrom.
Whoever handles our contracts wants their bum kicking for not having it covered. Lesson for future foreaign signings.

Does this mean you only want to sign players who have been on BBC's "who do you think you are" :smt003

Waldrom has now been called up as replacement for Sheridan. So, we won't be seeing him again for a while.

Oh joy of joys another player now officially lost to the Rugby World Cup. Just what we need after the mashing by Saracens yesterday. If you have played at any level - keep your kit ready for a call from Cockerill. Last person out of Welford Road - turn off the lights. Tigermad not a happy bunny today.

You can but dream kingo but unlikely. England will want to do a number on Scotland to guarantee top spot in the pool. I have mellowed a little after watching the Sarries game.
