Will it be 12T or Hippo then?
I think I'm right in thinking that Manu's hearing will prob be before the final so who will take his place? Will Cockers trust Billy in a game of that magnitude or go with the tried and tested option despite a serious lack of game time at the top level?
I saw Marika Vunibaka play

Would have thought Smith. But he went off with a hamstring injury.
Could be Billy's big chance! Though if I know Cockers...

Will Manu definitely be cited? The "incident" was dealt with in the game (penalty against, yellow card) so I thought you couldn't cite a player who had already been punished by the ref.
BTW not defending Manu - though he was off for sure so we were very lucky (and Manu even luckier!!)

He sould still get cited, if you think back to the Lions tour, Burger got a yellow and was banned still. Unfortunate Manu just lost it.
I would have thought Hipkiss or Smith if he is fit. Doubt they would start Billy.

This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Would like to see Billy at 12 and Allen at 13 but expect to see Smith (if fit) move into the centre with Agulla on the wing. With Hipkiss on the bench for the final s:smt003
If Smith is not fit then it will be touch and go whether it is Hipkiss or 12Treees who starts.

THey changed that law years ago after Johno received a trial by media for several clear punches that only got a yellow cardBristol Tiger wrote:Will Manu definitely be cited? Agree on Manu being very lucky - I think everyone other than the ref and touch judge were waiting for the red to be brandished
Re: Will it be 12T or Hippo then?
a citing can (& should) follow, if the citing officer feels it warranted a red card.
if you are happy and you know it, you are unusual.

Billy at 12,then should Floody miss a few he can step up and have a go.
POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE.

So you would drop AA for Billy. The only 13's available will be Dan Hipkiss or Matt Smith moving from the wing.kpbates wrote:Billy at 12,then should Floody miss a few he can step up and have a go.

Assuming Smith is fit - he came off with what looked like a hamstring injuryneilf wrote:So you would drop AA for Billy. The only 13's available will be Dan Hipkiss or Matt Smith moving from the wing.kpbates wrote:Billy at 12,then should Floody miss a few he can step up and have a go.
Looks like Hippo is going to get to score the winning try in another Premiership Final to me.....

Hippo on Park. 12T on bench.
Although Cockers likely to strap Smith up and start him.
Still need 12T on bench - which would Cockers hate most Hippo winning it for us or 12T??

If Matt is fit then it will most likely be Smith and Allen with Agulla on the wing.

who would you put on the bench to cover outside centre, wing and fullback?sctiger wrote:If Matt is fit then it will most likely be Smith and Allen with Agulla on the wing.
I guess it would be Hippo with others shuffling to make room
