Last visited forum April 15th 2011 according to records, but not posted for a while. I have sent him a PM to see if all is okay.

He's been posting on the Sportnetwork site. Not sure if he is a regular contributor on there but I've been on recently and have seen his postings.

Thank you, very nice of you to say so.

I found the forum to be increasingly unusable owing to the domination of all threads by a certain poster. I have no idea if that is still the case, but that is the primary reason for my lack of interest in the site.

I occasionally post on the unoffy and Gwl@d, and have been known to pass by in a 'read only' capacity.

Regards to all

You seem to being having a little spat on the unoffy DW, any clues on who was certain poster on here.

It does seem a shame, but I too get fed up with a certain poster dominating threads. Especially when many of the posts add no content to the debate just bland one-liners which serve no purpose.

I even went to the point of putting the poster in my 'FOES' but that just leaves a thread with posts where you cannot see the content (rather than not showing the post at all which would have been my preference).

Please remember that personal attacks on other users are unacceptable. You may not like other people's posts, either content or number, but provided posts are not breaking forum rules, everyone is entitled to post what, when and how often they wish to do so.

Personal abuse or attacks on other users will result in those posts being removed or edited.

It would not be right for me to comment further on their identities.
bluntiger makes a good point about the use of 'foes' (or ignore); whilst it is a useful feature for eliminating the occasional post it doesn't really work when every other post on a thread is from the same source.

As for spats on the unoffy, they are par for the course this time of year.
