Worst injury crisis though?

Dan Hipkiss, but would you really drop Smith or Manu with the form they are on?
Jeremy Staunton, but with Twelvetrees in amazing form and Ford looking good he's now 3rd choice at best.
Boris Stankovich, Bucknalls looked a lot better against Newcastle, and Harris is now fit.
Geoff Parling, most missed.
Tom Croft, with Waldroum playing well and Deacon back it's not as bad as it could have been, still a big loss though.
Ben Pienaar, yet to have a good showing this season.

We've been in much worse positions then we are in now, as long as Youngs stays fit we'll progress in the HC
Pienaar is also injured.

Does anyone else find themselves shouting at the TV "Don't hurt Marcos/Geordan/Toby..." or is that just me?

Especially in the build up to the game the "pundits" kept banging on about England not having any injuries.....then after 33 mins Crofty & Floody have gone well done everyone!

Once the'd mentioned injuries i was just waiting for a tiger to go down.

According to the RFU, the good news is that Croft has 'only' broken the shoulder and that the RFU will reassess his injury in 3 weeks.

Sorry, I thought he was our player, rented to the RFU, not the other way around? :smt017

I think it woud be too great a risk ahead of the WC to play him in any of the 6N matches. He should work at gradually returning to full match fitness by playing for Tigers!!!!
