Team for Glos

Post by Old Hob »

There are rumours circulating that Flood is NOT to be released and 12T is injured. I suspect that this may be scaremongering by Glos fans but does anyone have any hard evidence?

Billy looked fit warming up on saturday. He took a full part in the contact aspect and was out kicking for a good piece of time.
So unless he got injured yesterday he should be fine. Probably Glos fans cluthing at straws!

My guess is that we will be without Cole, Flood, Youngs and Croft. We may get Flood and Cole released to play at the weekend on the basis of gametime but I wouldn't bank on it.

He will play for England but my point is that he hasn't had that much game-time for us so he may be released, along with Flood to get some game-time.

how come Moody is released to Bath then? We're back again into the good old level playing field where one team is stripped of it's players and another isn't! I'd love to hear Sir Alex if that was suggested in football!

Not sure if this has any relevence, but it doesn't look as if young Master Ford is taking part in the A team game tonight. Injured, or being kept back for Saturday?

He has been injured, i don't think he is back from the injury yet but will stand corrected if anyone knows anything else.

Probably because he needs game time having been injured also which is consistent.
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

The first team may need him. I think we are holding Ford back for the Glos game incase we dont get Flood back. (Same with Harrison not playing). Im sure he is back from injury by now.

Flood is too big a risk for england to let him play against glos - espec as jonny is a doubt.

There is not the slightest chance of Flood or any other likely member of the Match 23 being released for Tigers - especially with Wilko's injury scare . We will get Chuter back of course .
