New contract for Marcos Ayerza

Post by Latecomer »

My uncle of the mistress of the taxi driver's brother tells me Marcos signed a new two year contract yesterday. Now all we've got to do is hang on to Castro ...........

If that's true, then we are in great shape, plenty of tightheads, bit tight on loosies,if get my drift.
"If you want entertainment, go to the theatre," says Edinburgh head coach Richard Cockerill. "Rugby players play the game to win.15/1/21.

Great news if true! We really needed his quality on the loose side. (More than we need Castro at tighthead now?)

Would love to tie up both him and Castro however!

Great news indeed.

IOHO he should have been awarded Player of the Season last year. Mr Consistency and endorsed by his perrformance in the GP Final.

We are starting the Marcos Ayerza Appreciation Society (MASS) this year.

great news. It would be a shame to lose castro but it would not be devastating. If we can hold on to him then we will have 2 of the best tightheads in the world after one shirt, not a bad position to be in :smt003

great news :)

i never thought we would loose ayerza or castro. i just thought it was a clever ploy to end speculation of a big name signing fans were hoping for after departures (mauger and ellis and moody). these 3 alone pay the wages of signings and the step up of cole and youngs id imagine.

fantastic news if true im a big fan of the 2 fatboys :)

Pretty sure he means we'd retain Castro whilst already having Dan Cole.
