Scratched my head on this too, is this Mefin? If so I thought he'd gone to the Ospreys.

and thought Ollie had gone to Quins?

Minor details, can't fault the players as such though, but is Dupuy actually playing again now?? :smt002 (technicality)
Faithless is he that says farewell when the road darkens.

morris was released from saints at the end of the season, & according to our local paper just this evening is still looking for a club. he hopes to stay in the english prem. he didnt fit with the mobile props mallinder & west favour these days but nor did he let us down at any point.

i'm more interested in the newly sainted former tigers greig tonks and matt cornwall - what do you think can we expect of them? (frankly, i'm a bit worried that cormwall hasnt established himself by now given his age, though tonks has time on his side....)
if you are happy and you know it, you are unusual.

I would have Keyser ahead of Mefin and surely given recent news, no 8 would be Wasps latest galactico Andy Powell.

Also, Jim Hamilton has joined Gloucester (with Brett Deacon) and not Bath.

Seru has left leeds & joined La Rochelle in May.

A couple of left-field options:

10: Jaco Van de Westhuizen (Bulls)

8: Andy Powell (Insects)

Matt Cornwell could be a very good player, he never let Tigers down but probably didn't do enough to earn a regular starting place either. He was the best young player in the country at junior level and time is still very much on his side. I'd imagine Mallinder has brought him in as cover in which case he is a good acquisition. As for Greig Tonks, he was never really got close enough to the first XV for me to give my opinion but I assume he's someone who Dusty Hare rates highly and apparently Dusty has an eye for spotting talent :smt002
I saw Marika Vunibaka play

I'd have said that Jon Goulding is a better pick than Robbie Harris as loosehead, although don't think he ever got into the Tigers 1st XV.

Henry Tuilagi >>>>>>>> Andy Powell

Remember the run against Wasps (the one where he broke his leg) - managed to go from the Tiger's 10m line to about 2 yards short including going through 10 tackles, including Worsley who is possibly the greatest tackler in England (whilst he has short comings you really cannot question his defensive capabilities)
