Leicester Tigers Cycling Jersey Anyone ?
just found this
http://tinyurl.com/37fv9r8
If Harlequins can generate enough interest , then surely we can !
I have spoken to Foska about possibly commisioning a Tigers cycling shirt and depending on interest and being granted permission from the club they will produce.
Hopefully they will donate £10 to Matt Hampson for every shirt sold .
anyone interest, please PM me and i will pass on numbers
Thanks

Re: Leicester Tigers Cycling Jersey Anyone ?
I would DEFINITELY be interested.
Unable to make the final owing to my ride to Paris a few weekends ago, I had to resort to wearing my Tigers shirt to show support. It meant I was conspicuous among my co-riders, but a proper Tigers cycling shirt would be far better

Ask not what your Tigers can do for you, but what you can do for your Tigers
Re: Leicester Tigers Cycling Jersey Anyone ?
Im doing the same next week when Im doing the old London to Paris next Wednesday, would of been great in a Tigers shirt,

**UPDATE - Leicester Tigers Cycling Shirt***
Please see below the response I received from the manufacturer of the cycling jerseys ( http://tinyurl.com/37fv9r8). As you can see , quite a constructive reply ( apart from the final bit of the reply )
here is the original post
http://www.leicestertigers.com/forum/vi ... =1&t=29932
Can anyone out there help me with a name / contact details of anyone within the club who could help ??
Hi John,
Thanks for the idea and for doing a bit of market research, however before we can produce jerseys with other peoples brands on, we need to obtain permission and probably set up a licensing agreement. If you know anyone at the club who we could contact, then we will follow this up.
Oh, by the way, Quins are still the best.
Kind regards,
Neill

How about linking it with the Matt Hampson Trust in some way?

I did read the original post, thanks. Quite why you feel it is necessary to point this out is beyond me. If it keeps you happy in your sad pedantic little world, then so be it.
My suggestion was to consider whether MHT might come up
They may also want to be formally involved with the development of the shirt, lettering etc - not just as recipient of a voluntary £10 donation.
