Luke Abraham released from Sale

Bizarre or what?

Definitely not the worst player at Sale, not the worse open side, but why released?

Has his disciplinary record counted against him?

Think we may be in for a bid on an openside after all?

Certainly wouldnt say no to having him back. And he is a nice chap too.

I don't think it's that bizarre.

Sale just escaped relegation and are having a clear-out. If the new coach doesn't include Luke Abraham in his future vision of the club, then it's bye bye.

Not convinced he improved any at Sale. Disciplinary record poor.
Still keeping the faith!

he wasn't good enough here, and he wasn't good enough to nail a starting spot down at sale. His disciplinary record is shocking, so just why would we want him back

No, do not need him, another player who left for better things & was found out to be "not good enough".

dreadful discipline record as well.

Don't think we want/need him back. And as others have said, poor disciplinary record has counted against him.

And in reply to Darc Tiger saying that he's a 'nice chap'. I have heard 3 different people, from 3 seperate events where he was representing the Tigers/Rugby in general saying the contrary - unapproachable, miserable looking and looked like he would rather be anywhere else than where he was.

Well he was nice to me and my friends when I met him in Leicester.
