Latest rumour and speculation.

Post by Bill W (2) »

Following a difference of opinion seen on a different thread I have consulted the well known uncle of the mistress of the taxi drivers brother. He is in contact, inter alia, with an ex-farmer who now works for the g*dly in shoe making city.

I am given to believe that the younger brother of a well known family, when he returns from his native country armed with a work permit, will be taking up employment with Northampton Saints.

I sincerely hope you've got this one wrong. :smt013

From what we have seen to date he has all the prospects of being the best of the bunch so to speak. If true we must assume it's all down to Dusty.

He is currently in this country.

He was on the sidelines watching Saturday's academy fixture vs Bedford.

Indeed so. He will not depart for his native country until he has finished his A levels.

I sincerly hope Bill W is wrong for once.

I hope Cockerill isnt lettign the younger players leave to help with salary cap, then buying in some old war horse thats past its best. E.g. I would rather keep 36 and Manu and go through a season of improvement than buy in someone like Staunton
All good 7's play on the edge if not they are a waste of space!!

Obviously according to management these youngsters just can't cut it, lightweight can't play the slow ball, up your jumper rugby that Tiger fans just love to watch and enjoy week in week out. I have needed little reminding why I will not be renewing my ST next season and if this is true (I have no reason to doubt BJ) it is just another backward step to an already inward thinking club since the Loffreda debacle. It must be the Tigers ethos that plagues them and England alike?

I have no even anecdotal evidence that this one is down to Cockers.

The anecdotal evidence suggests that he opposed it but was overuled.
