Post by woutster »

Just heard on 5live that pests refused to play tonight, packed up and got back on the bus. Ref and Sale state pitch was playable.

I know that the pests like uncontested scrums - but uncontested matches is really taking it too far :smt002

Not sure of regs here. If ref says pitch is playable then surely if you refuse to play you sacrifice match.

Edgeley Park is always a disgrace this time of year. But every other team gets on with it. Wasps surely have no case. 4 points to Sale.

Cockers says a few nasty words to an official - 4 weeks ban.

Wasps refuse to play for (let's face it) tactical reasons while the ground is still filling with a few thousand people- sanction ?? Lets see...................

But don't hold your breath

Edited to add - don't forget this isn't the frst time Wasps have done the dirty on Sale - three times now i believe.
I used to sit near a stalker and we want him back "kick for the corner!!!!"

There are two types of hope.

Bob Hope and No Hope.

This qualifies as the latter.

It is more likely that the season will be rearranged to give time for the replay.

Sale not happy as Wasps were on their way back to High Wycombe before the game was due to kick-off. What a surprise.
