From Sky News Monday pm:
"Argentina winger Lucas Amorosino is doubtful for Saturday's Test (for Argentina) at Twickenham due to a calf injury.
The Leicester Tigers back picked up the injury in the 28-17 LV= Cup defeat at Leeds on Sunday - his second game in less than three days after helping Leicester beat South Africa on Friday night.
The 24-year-old, who moved to Welford Road in June, is undergoing scans on the injury this afternoon."

Alesana and Smithy should be back soon. And Hurrell played well against Leeds.
Hope Lucas' injury isnt a bad one though.

And on the 7th day, god rested, he stood patiently and awaited the green light to start the game from SKY!
Re: Amorosino injured
Alesana looked decidedly large at the SA game - he wont last 80 mins or even 40 for a while!

Don't you think that it's appalling that he is so over weight?fleabane wrote:Alesana looked decidedly large at the SA game - he wont last 80 mins or even 40 for a while!
I guess leicester were paying him while he was in New Zealand, if so they should have his wages back off him as he wasn't doing any training or helping the team in anyway!
Surely with the injury crisis he would of worked out that when he was back and available the club would want him at least in the reserves for some game time prior to getting back in the match squad.
I really think it reflects poorly on AT and his levels of professionalism.

Re: Amorosino injured
Amorosino's slot will likely go straight to Tuqiri? So we're no better off than last week in terms of bodies, but no worse either.....although some of these academy lads have put their hands up over the last two fixtures.
