England Ticket Sales

Post by Granby »

Interesting to see the Aussie game has not sold out and tickets on general sale at Ticketmaster - times are obviously hard

Just checked and a ticket in the middle section is £91.80! Looks like I'll be watching it on TV at that price!
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.

That is outrageous. 92 Pounds for an Twickenham ticket! Are they aware that times are tough?

Not much of an improvement but actually the ticket is £85. The rest is Ticketmaster's service charge.

These are also for the top category tickets by the way. Tickets for the game actually start(ed) at £41.

Despite the high price, I am willing to bet that the allocation that each club got was massively over-subscribed and that had there been a reallocation then these tickets would have dissappeared in seconds.

The tickets still on sale now through Ticketmaster will be hospitality returns and/or those recovered from the black market by the RFU.
