Autumn Internationals and 6N Tickets
I have applied for tickets through the club for two games, one AI game and one 6N game. Does anyone know when I am likely to hear whether I am going to get the tickets?

Re: Autumn Internationals and 6N Tickets
Since my couple of applications thro the club were unsuccessful, I have continued the tried and tested formula of past years - keepup my Former Playing Membership of a local club and usually some tickets result! Might work in Leicestershire.

I have secured two tickets for the Italy/England game in Rome.
I have never travelled overseas to watch a game and I cannot wait!!
St Valentine's night in Rome too!

May I ask how you managed to secure these tickets? I'm going to be in Rome that weekend too and would like to see the game...Don.Reid wrote:I have secured two tickets for the Italy/England game in Rome.

Or reading the application form?
The closing date for Investec Challenge requests is October 9, 2009 and Six Nations requests is January 8, 2010.
Still keeping the faith!
Re: Autumn Internationals and 6N Tickets
Regardless of when the application form says the closng date for application is, you will not hear if you have been successful until roughly a week or two before the date of the match.
In practice, the club receives their physical ticket allocation only a few weeks before the fixture and they then process the tickets for distribution to the successful applicants.
You will usually only find out if you have been successful if you receive tickets in the post in the week or two before the AIs/6Ns. Unuccessful applicants (of which there will probably be thousands) will almost certainly not be notified by the club.
I hate to say it but your chances of getting tickets through Tigers are slim as they don't get many in the first place and there and all 13,000+ members could apply for tickets if they wanted.
Fingers crossed though.
