I think it's still on going.

Bit like "War & Peace" at the minute. :smt039

They are probably trying to string it out until after dinner.

All 3 found guilty of two misconduct charges, according to scrolling bar on bbc website. No actual news story yet though...

Now a very small story, confirming the outcome of the hearing. No news on ban-length yet...

Interesting spin by PRL also

The body that represents the 12 Premiership clubs, Premier Rugby, said in a statement that the result of Monday's hearing proves that Bath Rugby's disciplinary process "has been vindicated".

Premier Rugby Chief Executive Mark McCafferty added: "The ruling has strengthened the Premiership clubs' determination to take appropriate action to protect the core values of our sport.

You jest. Folowing PRL statement none will play for a Premiership team ever again.

They have only been found guilty of misconduct charges and not of drug taking.

This suggests to me that they will get a slap on the wrists and a short ban which means they will be able to continue playing rugby again.IMO it looks like that these 3 will be free to carry on their dirty deeds at other clubs and makes Bath look like they were looking for an excuse for these 3 to be gotten rid of.

I think they will get the same sort of ban as Harrison or even less.

They are strong words from PRL.

Two charges of misconduct each - guilty - Bath's procedures vindicated.

Bath would thus have been entitled to fire them (without compensation).

As, I said, I doubt if any English Team (or Welsh, or Scottish, or Irish or French) will touch them. Maybe they could head down under.

The panel are said to still be considering punishment. Remember they will also be considering costs. The three will each have a legal bill in excess of £1M. The RFU's will not come cheap either (5 day hearing).

The Bath unoffy seem to think they have got ONLY 9 months. If this is the case then it's a joke as it will give any player who takes drugs the opportunity to refuse to take a test knowing they will only get a slap on the wrists.
