CT is doing a 230 mile Walk4Matt

Post by cornish tigress »

http://www.justgiving.com/alix-walks-for-Matt

230 miles, Launceston RFC to Welford Road. 7th - 19th September. I am not very fit, short and middle aged and obviously a bit touched. But I am determined to do it and raise lots of cash for the Matt Hampson Trust.

In case anyone would be kind enough to sponsor me, here is the link to my Justgiving page. If anyone can't wrestle with the interweb and would still like to sponsor me, pm me and I'll sort out some other way. Many thanks for reading this.

ALL - DON'T FORGET TO GIFT AID THE DONATION IF YOU CAN.
let's minimise the amount we 'give' to the government and maximise the amount we give to Matt.

Wow, thank you all so much - I'm all teary. Please don't scare me with 'see you on the pitch' CJ or I may not do it! I'm really shy :emb: I'll just shuffle to my seat and groan for 80 minutes, you may hear me!

I am now really motivated so off to pick the dog back up from the kennel and drag him out for a long one. He'll be so pleased to see me back. Not.

Come on, CT - if walking around/on the pitch includes hugs from various players, I am sure you won't be that reluctant :smt002

By then I'd probably prefer if they grabbed me by the collar and held me up. A hug would probably kill me. :smt003

CT is there any truth that you are leading the cheerleaders on Sept 19th? Is this being sponsored separately?
