Shared a great lunchtime with Alix, Kevin, Tiggger, Daveboy and Tigerbeat, very enjoyable discussing all things rugby, the Tigers and also Alix's experiences.
Fantastic achievement, Alix it was a real pleasure to meet and share a stroll with a very courageous and determined lady.
Have a great day tomorrow Alix, please don't be too nervous, but enjoy the accolades your efforts deserve.

Thanks tigerben, will go and listen to that.
Alix, you are undoubtedly the star of the forum - and I for one bow in respect for your achievement and the funds raised for such a good cause.
Although I still think you are bonkers...

Thanks everyone. It would have all been a bit pointless if no-one had sponsored me, so clap yourselves all on the back from me, too. I can't believe the level of generosity from everyone on here.
Picked my dog up from the kennel and got another £30 today, and at the funeral I went to yesterday people were coming up and sticking money in our hands! Just amazing. We have gone over our total which is fantastic, and are hoping that some more will come in over the next few days from press round ups etc. Our spark and the plumbers who were working on our house while we were away donated too!
So great to have met Matt and his family over the weekend. We spent Sunday at their house and got a guided tour of Matt's new house which is nearly ready for him. He needs a lot of kit and a lot of help, and thanks to everyone who supports him, he's getting it. Keep it up everyone.
