Dare I say there will be fireworks on the pitch?
Don't waste your time away thinking about yesterday's blues

Devils advocate: (I am not complaining - what a game!), but does the pressure to fill and repay the new stand mean that we will have increasing commitments on the team for exhibitions such as this, and thus risking silverware for the near future? Which would you rather say - I was there the day we beat the boks or when we won the 09/10 season?
Re: Boks vs Tigers
This is fantastic news, what a thrill for us to see our boys take on the world champions. Fair play to the Boks too, a return to traditional touring. i wish there was more of this.
What sort of strength team do you think we'll put out?

Would love to see Tuilagi smash his was through JP Pietersen.Rizzo wrote:Dare I say there will be fireworks on the pitch?
Also would be interesting to see how far they get with bullying Castro, White and Moody!

Munster played the All Blacks mid-week last year, they still won their league and got to the semis of the hchugh78 wrote:Devils advocate: (I am not complaining - what a game!), but does the pressure to fill and repay the new stand mean that we will have increasing commitments on the team for exhibitions such as this, and thus risking silverware for the near future? Also if its one game a season (if it turns into a regular thing) is it really that different to playing the baa baas every year?

Re: Boks vs Tigers
Can't think of a better birthday present than a ticket for this game!
Re: Boks vs Tigers
If the intensity and passion inside the ground is anything like that of the munster game against the all blacks then this match could certainly go down as one of the great matches of all time at welford road
I cant wait!!!
However, 2 questions:
Will we get a full house with the increased capacity and it being a Thursday evening kick off?
Will tigers play a full strength team?

Re: Boks vs Tigers
Hopefully it'll be a full strength Tigers side so we can knock these Saffers down a peg
Re: Boks vs Tigers
I wondered how strong a side we would be able to put out against the Boks too!
Looking at the fixture list, there appears to be a 3 week window with no games during the Autumn Internationals - hurrah! (About time).
So I would have thought it would be an ideal opportunity to put out a stong side to prevent them getting ring rusty!
That said of course we are obviously going to be without most of our internationals who will be on EPS duty..... ho hum
Anyone about to predict a likely matchday 22 yet?
If it's a slow afternoon at work I might have a sneaky go myself!
