You're kidding right? What has Farmer got to do to get called up?

Julian White is constantly called the best scrummager in the world, so why the hell has he not been called up yet?
Tim Payne was useless for England, its called bias. I'd even say Flatman was ahead of Payne.

It doesn't help that julian is not a loose head. But I am pretty sure one of the welsh or irish loose number 2's are most definitely better than Tim the not so slim.

Also with Hook and Byrne injured it looks like we are going to need a replacement fullback. There are two ways to look at this
A) take Armitage and hope he scores some try's but replace jones with O'Gara so that we get some points but lose Jones's get go.
B) take Patterson and let his impeccable goal kicking serve us well and keep Jones's get go.
To reiterate my earlier point as well Even the blonde hair bear would be better than Tim Payne.

How about calling up the best fullback in the premiership, a certain mr Murphy?kricher192 wrote:Also with Hook and Byrne injured it looks like we are going to need a replacement fullback. There are two ways to look at this

Fine, bring up Mr Cole, has proved he can do the stuff against the big boys.kricher192 wrote:It doesn't help that julian is not a loose head. But I am pretty sure one of the welsh or irish loose number 2's are most definitely better than Tim the not so slim.

I Forgot about mr Murph in this occasion, I do remember reading an article where a certain bok player said he was the only person they actually feared. He should definitely be packing his bags right now.

Unconstested scrums anyone?

Re: Tim Payne called up for lions
If a full back is needed, obviously Lewsey should be called up, if a fly half is needed it has to be Cips. Now that TV has joined Wasps he must be next in line if a wing gets injured.
Given the outstanding season they put together it is no wonder that the Lions are looking to Wasps to bolster the tour party.
