Julien Dupuy's try and the moment we won the premiership playoff final
Don't waste your time away thinking about yesterday's blues

I think the HC semi in Cardiff, my nerves before the game, the atmosphere in the crowd and the way it finished, Dupuys try at the Bath quarter final, and watching Maguer taunt defences when he has so many options in attack, really enjoyed watching his runing lines. Also seeing the power of vesty and the cheeky, but highly talented Dupuy, really a big fan of him, wanting him to stay. Scott Hamilton, what a signing simply superb player.
Re: YOUR HIGHLIGHT OF SEASON
so many brilliant memories of this season. overall it was so exciting and we played some truly excellent rugby. to pick out just a few highlights
JD's try
Smurph's drop goal
the Sale game
the Cardiff game
the GP final (and the super photo I got of Jordan Crane)
the whole trip to Edinburgh, except the result
Sam keeping his nerve at Irish and Sarries to get that final kick over
Scott Hamilton for the whole season
and much, much more besides.
thanks to all the team for a terrific season - can't wait till September!

Re: YOUR HIGHLIGHT OF SEASON
My highlight would have to be all the examples of team spirit; the famous
'water boys'. Lewis Moody galloping around the edge of the pitch, the team huddle after full time & the kick offsagainst Cardiff, but best of all seeing Ben Kay ask the playing squad to rise in salute to Martin Corry who then made his retirement speech after the HC match. All these brought a lump to my throat and made me feel so lucky to be able to call myself a TIGERS fan. See you all next season

We will succeed, we cannot fail the only obstacle is doubt...
Was a great game, is still a great game, will always be a great game.

.
Champions aren't made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them -- a desire, a dream, a vision.

Lewis Moody's never say die charge down of Butch James' attempt at a drop-goal in the January 4th game at Welford Road.
It was my first Corporate day, and remember my mate saying to some fans who arrived late, and were complaining about the traffic on the M5.
The M5? Where have you travelled from?
Somerset.
That's a long way to come for a Tigers game!
(whispers in his ear, Doug, they're from Bath!)
Also, my prediction in the same game when we were down by 8 or 9 points coming into the last 10 minutes. 'All we need is a converted try and a drop-goal, and we'll win this' - and Tigers duly obliged, but not necessarily in the order I predicted.

The win against Sale when Julian was sent off.
The Team were great, Julian was great, Sheridan was embarrassing and the fans lifted the team like they did when we came back and beat Stade Francais about 4 years ago.

I agree with that one. The players had a real attitude of "OK, stuff you lot and the ref. Watch this."Simmo wrote:The win against Sale when Julian was sent off.

Kicks and scrums and ruck and roll.....Is all my brain and body need!
Re: YOUR HIGHLIGHT OF SEASON
There have been lots of highlights recently, but I wish to go for the match at Wasps, when we managed two bonus points with a fourth try at the end of the match. It proved the start of a long run of success, and the beginning of the exciting Vesty at 10 and a great partnership with Mauger.
In contrast, my worst moment was the home match against Wasps, when after racing back from holiday on the south coast, I witnessed Tigers losing with an inept and highly disappointing performance.
