Re: When are you heading for Edinburgh?
I won't be going, having spent my pennies on the Cardiff semi-final instead
Fortunately though, my excitement about the match is just about holding off my despair at not going to Edinburgh!

It's only cheating if you get caught.

Probably getting a train at about 11am into Glasgow so should arrive there at 11.30am. Hop across to Queen Street and get the 11.45 to Haymarket. We have lunch booked at Petit Paris on Queensferry St at 1pm so will work our travel arrangements out around that.

Re: When are you heading for Edinburgh?
I would love to go but credit crunch dictates otherwise. It should be a cracking weekend for those travelling up to Edinburgh and no shortage of watering holes for those that like a tipple before the game. Please take loads of pix of the weekend and hopefully some of the boys lifting the trophy on Saturday. Have a good weekend everybody.

I shall be with my Mum. And probably a flag or two.

Re: When are you heading for Edinburgh?
I would have been there but refused to buy tickets / book accomodation before I knew we had reached the final .... then, alas it was way too late. And no, I didn't fancy staying in Dendee, Glasgow or Newcastle and commuting.
Accomodation is a real problem in Edinburgh unless a Scottish team reach the final or it is an international. They can't cope with 67000 visiting fans. Cardiff has the same problem.
