Let there be demonstrations in the stadium. Let there be dmonstrations on the streets. Let there be demonstrations on the highways and byeways and in the towns, villages and hamlets. Let justice not only be done but be seen to be done!dailywaffle wrote:What does that mean?smalldell wrote:Lets take it out on Cardiff on and off the pitch.....

Hmmm. Whilst not being best pleased with the outcome, I'd rather leave it to the club to determine the next course of action. I'll give the demonstrations and banners a miss, if that's OK.

No problem at all daily. You can lead the silent majority!dailywaffle wrote:Hmmm. Whilst not being best pleased with the outcome, I'd rather leave it to the club to determine the next course of action. I'll give the demonstrations and banners a miss, if that's OK.

Finally, ... got to the end, well as you can see on the other thread, I can understand your frustrations.
Aiming your frustrations at other clubs, or using 'examples' from their games is somewhat pointless and misguided (e.g. the Shanklin V Glaws one), it will only serve to enhance the ill-feeling that gets posted on here from time to time (in fact quite recently !).
For the record, before anyone mentions it, citings should be for those than can to watch and decide - club officials, along with those who commentate on the game should keep their noses out - hopefully with SJ in charge with us, that will be the case from now on.
An earlier post mentioned the JW 2 week ban for his punch, in my opinion, that was too soft a punishment and should have been longer. However, on this occassion, in my opinion, citing was not justified.

My statement "lets take it out on Cardiff on and off the pitch" merely means lets outplay them and make more noise than them.....sorry for the vagueness of the comment and the unfortunate interpretations it could have..
Re: Any news on Alex's hearing?
They are not secret, I got them from Tigers themselves. They are:AidanMcDowell wrote:Tom Tom wrote:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------g wrote:Why don't all of us who feel this is an injustice write to the board of directors and explain to them how disgusted we all are with this decision and to let them know that we all now feel enough is enough and that we think that the club should appeal. I have sent emails to both Peters offering supprt for an Appeal and have referred them to this message board if they are looking for the strength of feeling from supporters.
Tom Tom seems to have EMail contact details for Peter Tom and Peter Wheeler. My view, for what it is worth, is that they should get as many messages of support for Alesana as possible. Others may prefer a more focused approach.

I think that as this is a 'Legal' issue an email to Simon Cohen instead/ also would be in order also.
The feedback I have is that Tigers are only waiting for the written judgement. Depending on just what it says Tigers WILL appeal.
Re: Any news on Alex's hearing? Yes - 4 week ban!
Let's hope that it is not just on the pitch where Tigers have become more appealing!

Cockers just said in an interview that they are trying 'to get Alesana off his charge'.
So looks like we are appealling.

I spoke to Alex today at the Walkers and asked him if the club will appeal. He said YES.
Fingers crossed he's available for the repeat against Bath!!

After the Bath/Sarries match today Abendanon (sp?) said he was looking forward to some payback against Leicester "especially as Tuilagi isn't playing." (words to that effect.) It would just be so sweet to see the great man line up with him in his sights...
