Radio Leicester report this morning that the Merc claim an exclusive Peter Tom told the players on Saturday after the game Richard Cockerill has been appointed head coach.

I definetely thought he deserved the job ...... until I saw him in THOSE tights on Saturday. You have to question the man's judgement on that basis don't you?

Well done Cockers, and that's from one who thought he'd be a disaster. Yes, I'll eat my words, the man has done a good job. The coaching team are proving to be a real asset to the club, with Cockers at the helm.

This should hopefully not just win us silverware this season, but also start to produce some consistent exciting rugby to watch and play. The players' confidence must be sky-high.
