Have they changed the article since you posted it? It says Barkley COULD be leaving Glaws, it doesn't say he is as the title of this thread states.

As for Barkley himself - it must be difficult settling into a whole new way of life - making the difficult move from the West Country to the West Country is a challenge for any player.

I wonder what the real reason is? If it's lack of first XV oppportunities what's the harm in saying you want to go elsewhere for game time? To say that he is struggling to settle in the area is laughable.

i think it was due to the wheels on his old tractor didn't fit the new Glaws type tractor.

This doesn't surprise me to be honest. Barkley never disguised how difficult he found it in a Cherry and White shirt, how he missed Bath...the town, the fans and his mates (the players), which didn't exactly endear him to the shed-heads, given their fierce rivalry over the years with Bath.
