Unfortunately, it would seem to me, this has lead to some arrogantly believing they have the power to choose which laws to disregard (scrum feeding, offside, yellow card rather than red etc) and to disregard them in some circumstances inconsistently.dailywaffle wrote: They are told that they are the most important person on the pitch, and that they have to use that power very wisely.
