It sounds like he's been using his time off to get his body to full fitness and get over the niggling injuries that have hampered him in the past. Lets hope we start to see the sort of performances from Seru that he was putting in before his ban.

Having met him in town recently it's obvious how much he has beeen training well as he's HUGE now.
The terrace is not the place for the too easily offended.
