Seru - no updates following nine week ban?

Post by Bill W »

And the transcript of the hearing is still not available on rfu website.

And no further details of the internal Tigers hearing are available.

What is being covered up by whom in order to protect who?

Bill, its nothing less than we have been forced to accept from the management. Seem to recall not so long ago when a departing manager /coach / saviour left that the end of season review would reveal all. Well may not all but it did seem to indicate that there would be some reasoning released.

Bill

you expected any different ??

new kit - nothing on site so far
new squad - nothing on site so far
seru internal investigation - nothing on site so far

you should know by now that www.tigers.co.uk has a blockage in its news feed and items arrive on here approx 1 week after you can read them on other sites.

Which is about 6 days after they stop being news worthy IMHO.

I am not particularly suprised.

I cannot help but wonder who is being protected though.

Wheeler goes with Seru to the hearing and says what? We do not know becuase there is no RFU transcript.

Tigers have an internal discipline hearing where it is revealed that? Well actually nothing has been revealed.

I can understand that Tigers have not managed to get around to holding a disciplinary hearing having much more important things to consider.

But the RFU hearing has happenned. Why can we not see a transcript of the hearing? Has the stenographer broken his/her fingers?

How nice of Mr.Cohen to tell the Mercury before he told us!

I may be dense but I still don't see why people expect chapter and verse on what was an internal disciplinary matter. If my boss disciplines one of the staff, he doesn't tell all the client base every detail :smt002

A very reasonable point Rizzo, but:

1. the RFU have a platform on disciplinary hearings of transparency. Why have they not released the transcript particularly sice Wheelbrace spoke in mitigation;

2. Tigers announced the internal disciplinary. Having told us there was going to be one surely a comment on the outcome is necessary rather than a "leak" by Cohen to the Mercury.
