Likely team for next year?
Team you think meyer will pick?
Start to blood a squad for the next 3 years?
Or pick an experienced campaign side?
Who will be captain?
My thoughts for next year
Ayerza
Kayser
Castro
Wentzel
Deacon (C)
Croft
Herring/ Moody
Crane
Ellis
Flood
J Murphy
Mauger
Hipkiss
Varndell
G Murphy
New argentiania prop
Chuter
Kay
Woods
Dupey
Rabeni
A few tight calls espically in the second row back row, fly half and on the wings and for the bench aswell. I have tried to blood youth into a team which has some experienced campaigners in the GP. There is experience off the bench if the chips are down and we need it.

No one doubts his experience and commitment and I have been a big fan over the years, but his leadership and decision making is questionable at times. Plus there is no way our back row should be able to accommodate both Crane and Corry and I'd rather see the younger (and in my opinion better) guy getting more game time.HongKongTiger wrote:No Way, he's got at least a season more in him and he'll never let us down. It's his kind of leadership and experience that HM will need in his first season.maskedsquid wrote:I would do...Tigerbeat wrote:Have you pensioned Corry off?
It's only cheating if you get caught.

It's harder to pick a first team than it has been for years.
If Biggs is a definite signing, then we've got 3 wingers who I would be happy to start, and that's excluding Johne (who I think is a better fullback) and Rabeni (who I prefer in the centre).
The only positions in the back row that are obvious are Ellis at 9 and possibly Hipkiss at 13. Varndell on one wing is probable.
9. Ellis / Youngs
10. Flood / Goode
11. Varndell / Biggs
12. Mauger / Rabeni
13. Hipkiss / Erinle
14. Tuilagi (or Varndell or Biggs)
15. Geordan / Johne
The back row is just heaving with players, too - Corry, Crane, Newby and Moody will probably all be thinking of themselves as almost certain starters and Croft, Woods and Herring will all be thinking of themselves as starting at least half of the games. And then there's Brett Deacon, who has not let anyone down.
Front row is probably the easiest. I don't think anyone can argue too hard with Ayerza and Castro at prop, and the selection of the hooker depends on how much you like them to be able to throw straight.
In summary... I don't know. I really don't know.
