A true legend one of the greatest players and one who had to overcome so much prejudice. Well done Backy and good luck.

Good luck to Andy who although not as successful as Backy has put in many years for Tigers a true club man.

As with everything Backy has done, his move to Leeds is a very shrewd one.

Good luck to both of the boys, and I'm sure we'll all be rooting for Leeds next season.

Good players don't always make good coaches.

Suspect Leeds will find that out.

Thank you very much to both of the amazing servants to the club. Backy you are a legend and in my mind wil always be rememberd that way 18 years of service to the club is amazing and you are a legend and you I am sure will make a great coch and thank you to Andy you have done some amazing things as the head of development.

Cheers and best of luck for the future to the both of you!

I think given time Backy could be a good coach.
Also I hope his departure was not completely amicable. It would be terrible to have another Deano style occurence where the relationship between club and club legend becomes soured. Good luck to both of them.

Thanks Neil for everything you've done for our club.
The word legend is overused these days but you are a true tigers legend we will always have a place in our hearts for you.
I wish you every success at Leeds and then come back and see us sometime.

Thanks for the effort, time and success you've given to the Tigers Mr. Back. I wish you do really well and you never know, perhaps return as headcoach here one day.

After many years of leaving the ground asking the question;

"So who was man of the match then, you know, apart from Neil?"

it's a bittersweet day to see him go. No doubt Leeds will yo-yo, so he's made an astute call to go there, and we badly needed a change. Sad to see him leave the club, but it was simply time for him to move on.
