Discipline

From the posts I have read I get the impression that there was a rift between the players and coaches and even between the players themselves.

This makes me think that the players have no discipline and are not showing enough respect for the club. I get the impression the players are behaving in a most reprehensible manner. Should not the board be restoring order to the ranks?

Also the team gives away far too many penalties, but thats always been an issue.

Players thinking they know best and helping oust the coach, then deciding they don't like the new one, playing badly and he ends up sacked.

New coach imposes discpline and makes it clear that he calls the shots from day one, performances suddenly improve and the team are seemingly unbeatable.
