Has the golden Welsh era come to an early close Pam?

From ERC Rugby website

The semi-final line ups are as follows:

London Irish v Toulouse - Twickenham Stadium, Twickenham - Capacity: 80,000

Saracens v Munster - Ricoh Arena, Coventry - Capacity: 32,000

Would have thought it would have been better for Saracens to play Munster at Twickenham. Ricoh will not hold all the fans!!!!

2 of the grand old teams of the tournament versus 2 of the teams that I don't think anyone, least of all their own supporters, would have thought would have made it this far. Well done to them both though.

My vote and belief would be for a Munster V Toulouse final.

I'd want a Sarries v L.Irish final to be honest.

Exactly what I thought - surely Munster/Sorries will produce many more fans than Tolououse/Irish?
Donncha O'Callaghan and Bruce Reihana are the best players that ever lived. Don't even bother to argue with me.

And - however good Imanol Harinordoquy is, he is still an idiot

I would say that the Welsh regions and Wales in general are just about where they are supposed to be at this moment in their development: 2 times in the quarter finals was a good result for them, they are all (with the exception of the Dragons) getting better (llanelli have had a dodgy season, but I still think they are moving in the right direction) and more competetive in all competitions.

The Spreys will be back next year and if they learn their lessons from the quarter final I wouldn't be surprised to see them go the next round (fixtures permitting).

From a completely neutral viewpoint, Munster v Toulouse would produce the most interesting final. Have they ever played each other in Europe? I'm struggling to remember an instance.
