Yup, I have a SA friend and she has a bit of an odd sense of humour but funny. I'll tell you now who the funniest people are - the Japanese! man they're nuts altogether and they drink like fish! I knew a few Japanese folk in the past and I can say I always had such a laugh with them!. Croatians are funny too, and Germans. I haven't even been to these countries and yet I've mixed with so many of them over the years both here and the UK. Another one - Indians - now they are funny people, cracking sense of humour they have. Jewish - the New York Jews - hilarious!.

I can vouch first hand for Japanese, Croations, Indians (both from the sub continent and North American), Jews - particularly from those in New York. Germans? You must know different ones to me!

even us scots can be very dark humoured ok we aint all billy connolly but theres a grim black comedy all over scotland in between the arguing
I think the welsh are the funniest people Ive ever met and as for comic geniuses surely black americans and jewis comics take some beating. its the self mockery especially that tickles me.
