I'll have to give this some thought, but surely you've forgotten to add the 'Roger Cook Award for Investigative Journalism' ?

Or maybe you're too modest? :smt002

More seriously, we have at least three excellent overseas contributors (Angelo, Outlander and ZSF all spring to mind). Although ZSF is also in the running for the Bernard Manning Award.

Maybe we should have a 'From our Foreign Correspondent Award' ?

I'm sure last year I remember there being an award for best poster from Nottingham with the letters Y, E, W, T and S in their name?

I reckon I could be in with a shout on that one again. :)

Will not make this a sticky, but you can keep bumping it up to the top by updating the thread.

If you are awarding a comedy award should you not call it after someone who was actually funny? if this was the case it should definately go to Stade.

What about the "Stalin" award for the most hysterical poster who will not allow anyone to say or think anything that is not a complete glowing tribute to everything red white and green.

And a "Winston Smith" award for those of us who occasionally dare to step out of line and discuss the real rugby matters in hand

trying to steer away form the negative idea mightymouse - there were a few ideas like the "under a bus" award - famous on planet rugby but i decided that we'd just go for mostly positive things and some things that are neither here nor there, but you've certainly entered yourself for forum villain with that post :smt002

I shall vote properly but would just like to mention for Best Overseas all those wonderful Munster fans who posted just once to offer us their HC final tickets. True rugby fans and good mates to Tigers.
