Bristol v Leicester - Predictions Please

Post by tigermad »

Leicester get their Guinness Premiership campaign up at running against Bristol at the Memorial Stadium on Sunday. Team selection key and Leicester to secure the win. Any predictions boys and girls?

Tigers have got a very poor record at Bristol.

Bristol have only lost Perry and Lemi to the World Cup and they are alwats strong on home turf.

I expect it to be a tough encounter. A Tigers win would be fantastic.

I cannot make any predictions as we have not really seen how the new players cope with the Guiness Premiership.

I will make a prediction for the Bath game next week!!!

Tigers have hit the ground running pre season, and although missing so many players are unbeaten. True they haven't been severely tested, but it's a good habit to get into. A lot of players who will be selected will be relishing this opportunity to show what they can do, and because of the strength in depth are more than capable of doing so. Bristol are a decent outfit who will work hard, but I think Tigers will just edge it.

A good Bristol side didn't do too well in their last preseason game last week but I do expect them to win this Sat. Tigers with a losing bonus point I think.

Tough. Niggly. Close. Tigers by less than 7 and no winning bonus.

Dan Ward- Smith is also still unavailable due to injury and when you add him to Regan, Perry and Lemi they are losing really key players in what is still quite a small squad. They still look to have quite a strong pack, but as long as we hold our discipline (and with Regan missing that will be easier)I'm confident we'll win by 10+

I'm in the same thought as Gate.

Tigers by less than 7 and no winning bonus.
