I think that Mr Ashton should give TV on go, after all he is by far one of the best finishers in the GP Fact.
Given the right service and a show of the outside he would 9 times out of ten score Fact.

Yes he is sometimes a little bit light in the tackle department but hey its a 15 man game and at the end of the day he would be picked to score trys and not stop them.

Fact, given the wide out spaces Tom has proved last season that he will beat anyone one on one.

JSD is too injury prone for my liking and how many more chances should he be given? :dunno:

Chappie, to be brutally honest, I don't think that JSD has been given that many chances! How many did Sir Clive give him? And Robinson?

I think he's an excellent player who can make space for himself and those around him. Just remember that time when he took Lomu on the outside playing for an England XV against the Baa-baas, that's just an inkling of what the boy can do - have you not been watching the GP???

Um TV is not that bad in defence as ppl think, at least not after his time with Bedford.
I'd like to see TV come through for England but not right now.
For the moment, I think I'd pick JSD - quite a complete winger and a candidate for centre (maybe 13)

Shame for Strettle, he has a ton of flair and a lot of a aggression, more than you'd expect from the so called "yound talents" of england

Sorry Muttley but JSD is just a little bit too light weight for me, yes he was good against LOMU, but how many years ago was that?
I'm not saying he's a bad player but i think that their are better wingers around like TV.

Chappie, it's a subjective thing really though isn't it? Both TV and JSD have their merits, they also both have negative points, like most players [apart from Jonno ;o)]

Like most arguments in sport, it could be debated over pints in pubs for time immemorial.

I really do think that as Strettle isn't going BA will take JSD for his ability to cover 13 as well as wing.
