In todays Gruaniad Thomas Castaignede has announced his retirement.
He lists up his highs and lows of playing in England.
He says the best try he saw was...............
Tom Varndell earlier this season when he nicked the ball in goal from Horak from the huge clearance kick.
Also in Gruaniad it says Castro has been voted Guiness Premiership player of the year.

Looking 4ward to twickers Doug? Rest that voice, with Castro and Harry missing I think we'll need to roar the lads home!

It was a really good article in the Guardian about him today, said his most memorable matches were the two home wins against Tigers, one from earlier this season, and I have to agree, win or loose they have been cracking games to watch. Good luck to him in getting into the French world cup squad.

I'll never forget Ann Robinson flirting with him on The Weakest Link rugby special.
'And where are you going for your holidays this year, Thomas?'
