unlike no other club

Post by champanzie »

from what i can see pat howard is trying to create to strong teams. yesterdays match v bristol didnt have the strongest team out but was an awsome game. from the look of it non of the teams in the premership can compete with having to teams. tigers are becoming the club they used to be.

If you listen to Barnes it was only Bristol that were not playing their full XV. No mention from anyone on Sky that both teams had rested players?

But compare this weeks teamsheet to the last weeks, and to the one that will play on tuesday and it's quite a big difference.

It's really frustrating when that happens; we had around 10 changes.

Unlike no other club? Is that not "like any other club?" or are we "unlike any other club?"

Dunno!

Glad someone else noticed Barnes' whinge!

fantastic display last night. bonus point etc.

I reckon, they thought 'could we win at WR?' probably not. or to put it another way, no chance. so make a lot of changes. we thought 'will we win?' no probs, so rest a few, or a lot, save the games for later in the season. eh voila. we tonked 'em. we were awesome.

and yes, it shows that we are not like any other club. we can rest loads of players, play another club at the top of the league and win by a country mile.

and now we were so good that I am looking for 15 points from the Christmas and New Year games! bit unfair but the confidence is back, big time.

Ps I never take any notice of Barnes. keeps my blood pressure where it should be.

Not just Barnes, Morris and Greenwood were at it as well perhaps its because they and maybe PH dont know what our best side is. This will just give more ammo. to those who think we blur the salary cap!

They oinly say that the Bristol team was a second team was because it was a second team. As for the Tigers supposedly second team I think that it is really a second first team as we have so many top top quality players which can make up such a fantastic squad and great strength in depth.
