Can't complain too much about that.

Hope TV and Goode get a run out at some point during the A Internationals.

not too sure about cohen.... there again not seen him this season much has he got his form back? hope so pack ok but i think i would have Pat at 7 moody at 6 and cozza at 8..

not 100% sure about grewcock as he tends to be a liability most of the time... but again not seen much of him... i'll be happy if we play a good game and get the basics right

Aside from Cohen and Allen, I think this is the team that I guessed

Cohen is rubbish and out of form, and Allen, fantastic prospect that he is, is possibly not ready. Still, baptism of fire, I really hope he comes through.

Absolutely fantastic news for all our lads but especially big ben kay and george chuter. Excellent platform for both of them to claim regular places from now on in the England set up.

Not a bad team, don't agree with Balshaw, and on a VERY minor point, Shaun Perry as vice captain on his first cap !!! he won't have time know his head from his ring.

Yes bit of a strange one making Perry a vice Captain, and maybe be a tad insulting to Pat Sanderson to be over looked for the role after doing a fine job as captain before.

I think Cohen was selected for his defence. Think Andy could easily have left out Balshaw. ...and what the hell was Sacky doing in the squad in the first place?!

S Perry- good to see a guy from Tipton doing well! Appartantly he's a bossy Scrum H, maybe thats why he's V Captain.

Well done to all the Tigers picked. :D :D :D :D :D Glad to see Corry captain - he deserves it. Has played superbly Hope Moody carries on with the excellent form he has shown recentally.

5 out of the front 8 - just shows how good our forwards are!!
:-) TIGERS rock especially Ollie, CRANE, Moody, Crofty, and Matt C :-)

No doubt that that is one quality pack and will be able to compete with the best,

its just the backs I'm worried about... Hope we get to see some Ashton magic.

Not sure about Cohen. Josh Lewsey is injured isn't he. I'm not sure about Iain Balshaw either actually. Shame Tait is injured, but hopefully Allen will do a decent job. half backs and forwards, can't complain really.
Donncha O'Callaghan and Bruce Reihana are the best players that ever lived. Don't even bother to argue with me.

And - however good Imanol Harinordoquy is, he is still an idiot

Balshaw and Cohen should be nowhere near the current England set up IMO. Cohen is well past his best and surely can't be considered for the RWC 2007. Balshaw was a liability on the summer tour - he either refused to pass of left it so late there was no space for the runner.

It's good to see some new faces but I'm afraid it's too little too late.

New Zealand, I suspect, will not lose much sleep between now and sunday!
