107 tries

Post by Tryger »

What's good to see is the number of tries being scored in the premiership 107 so far - an indication of positive rugby, far more entertaining watching a high scoring game where both teams are going out to win - can only be good for the game.

Totally agree :D

As I have posted elsewhere, I have no time for a 'safety first, kick the winning penalty' attitude at all. Even if that does mean you are sometimes on the wrong end of a 41-39 score !

I think it is great that teams are playing open and expansive rugby maybe just maybe this will catch on in the international setup.

Because if England can play like some of the Premiership teams we could have a real chance of winning the six nations.

Not so long ago it seemed that defences were getting on top and defensive systems were so tight that games were becoming very squeezed and frankly dull.

There seems to be more value placed on speed and inventiveness in attack now, rather than just having big lumps to bash the ball up the middle.

Apart from OBNC of course! Tindall AND Noon? Please no!
