Lol, as we know, is a self-publicist whose media statements OBNC was unable (or unwilling) to control.

As long as Lol has a role to play in the England set-up, the appointment of an EDoR should be able to muzzle him.

I look forward to Rob Andrew saying that, if you are in the EPS, all media briefings need to be approved by him !
