Problems over downloading Tigers Ringtones and Wallpapers

Post by simon redshaw »

For whatever reason on my current Motorola phone, I cannot download the Tigers Ringtones and Wallpaper although I could on my previous Sony Ericsson phone which was generally less advanced. I have been able to download the MMS and SMS alerts other services I wanted.

Has anyone else experienced similiar difficulties and can you offer any advice?

I also had problems downloading a ringtone from the tigers website after buying a new phone. Do you know if you have to be on a certain network?

this link gives supported phones/networks for the wallpapers, I would guess this will also apply for the ringtones.

I have a Nokia and have had no problems with downloading either.

EDIT: sorry, looks like you will have to copy and paste the above link.
However if you go to the thing you want to download (wallpaper etc) and click More Info - there's a link for Supported Phones under the terms and conditions.

Tigersfan 90, sorry that you too have experienced difficulties with downloading a ring tone from Tigers. Its seems like you have to be on a certain network and yours and my phone may not be entirely compatible but it seems strange that I could download two of Tigers mobile phone services but not the others.

Simon. If your phone has Blutooth. Being newer I presume it has. Find someone with a Bluetooth phone who can download the stuff, & get them to Bluetooth it to you.

Simon, do you have a SLVR Motorola as I have the same problem unless you need to do it via Bluetooth as SteveT says, but I have no idea how to do that?
